Rediscovering Worth

A Journey of Healing and Reclamation
Honestly, my business was born out of my own story. I’ve always believed the only way you really know something is to live it.
Yes, I have two psychology degrees and years of training, but the truth is — that’s not where I learned about emotional abuse or how it quietly strips away your sense of worth. I learned that from living it. From growing up around it. From marrying it.
When I left my marriage, I was faced with something I hadn’t expected — the realisation that I had spent so long surviving, I’d forgotten how to truly trust myself. It was only through turning inward, listening deeply, and reconnecting with my own inner knowing that I found the strength to choose myself and begin again.
That journey changed everything. It shaped the way I live, parent, love, and work. It’s why I do what I do now — walking beside women as they find their way back to themselves. Because I know what it feels like to lose your sense of self in someone else’s shadow. And I know what it feels like to rise from that place — quietly, powerfully, and on your own terms.
What Makes My Work Different
For me, therapy isn’t just about talking through what’s happened — it’s about using that healing to move forward. My clients often tell me they feel seen and supported, but also grounded in something real and practical.
Of course, we make space to process pain and trauma, but we don’t stay there. The work we do together is about reconnecting you with your own inner wisdom, your desires, and your worth. It’s about helping you remember that you were never broken — just buried under years of surviving.
When women reconnect with who they are, something shifts. There’s a quiet strength that emerges. A knowing. And that’s the part I love most — watching that moment when a woman realises she’s finally home to herself.
Finding Home in the Highlands
Six years ago, I moved to the Southern Highlands after leaving my marriage, in search of peace. At the time, I only knew one person, but I’ve since found a deep sense of belonging here — in the people, the community, and the landscape itself.
I’ve lived in Mittagong, Bowral, and Robertson — and loved each for different reasons. There’s something grounding and nourishing about this place. It’s given me the space to heal and rebuild my life. And it’s where I now hold space for other women to do the same.
The Highlands has become home, not just for me, but for the work I do. It’s where I get to witness women rediscover their voice, their strength, and their peace — and that feels incredibly special.
Work With Me
If you’re feeling ready for change — if you know something has to shift but you’re not sure how — I’d love to walk beside you.
Together, we’ll unravel the patterns that keep you stuck and rebuild a foundation that feels safe, strong, and true to you.
You were never broken. You’re simply finding your way home. 🌿
