The Challenge That Changed Me
By Tesh Munro | Relationship Architect
I loved my husband so much, but over time, we became very different people. Leaving wasn’t easy. At some point, the reasons to go outweighed the reasons to stay. Menopause only magnified everything, stripping away tolerance for what no longer served me.
I prided myself on being patient and understanding, but when that tolerance began creating pain for myself and my children, I knew I had to make a hard choice. Neither he nor I were our best selves under that stress.
Leaving was brutal. The emotional loss and punishment were heavy. But I was determined to be a better role model for my children.
What I learned is this: you must back yourself. Change is a choice. It may feel terrifying, but it leads to peace, self-respect, and freedom. We are capable of incredibly hard things, and those hard things often become the gateway to our most amazing life.
Unravelled to Unstoppable: How I Found My Way Back to Me
Six years ago, I was at the Robertson Show when a woman I knew approached me with a warm hello. She looked familiar, but I couldn’t place her. Within seconds, panic rose like a wave in my chest. My mind went blank, and anxiety took over. I quickly walked to the bar and ordered a wine, then another, hoping it would calm me down. It didn’t. My heart raced, and I had to leave.
If you’d seen me that day, you might never have guessed how lost I felt inside. On the outside, I seemed confident and happy. But inside, I was unravelling.
One of the saddest times in my life was the collapse of my 20-year marriage when I had completely lost myself. Despite putting on a brave face, I felt like I was slowly fading away. I didn’t know if it was menopause, the stress of raising three children, living remotely, or my marriage, but physically and emotionally, I felt like I was dying.
From that place of broken began my deepest healing journey. It taught me self-worth, resilience, emotional mastery, and the power of leading from truth rather than fear. That experience became the foundation of my purpose: helping others rebuild from the inside out with clarity, strength, and self-belief.
Since then, I’ve invested deeply, time, money, and energy into becoming an intuitive, results-driven coach who blends modern psychology, neuroscience, and energetic alignment to create lasting transformation.
Nothing lights me up more than watching my clients change before my eyes week by week, as they remember who they are and what they’re capable of. They even look better, their energy, posture, and physiology transform as they step into themselves, it’s so cool to witness.
What I Do and Why
I take people in their present state, often overwhelmed, uncertain, numb or stuck and help them close the gap between who they are now and who they truly want to become.
Together, we peel back layers of self-doubt, grief, and conditioning to reveal the confident, self-expressed, magnetic individual underneath. My clients rediscover their voice, power, and joy. They begin to lead their lives from alignment and truth, not fear, guilt, or obligation.
I got here because transformation isn’t just my profession, it’s my path. I’m innately a caring person. People trust me. I thrive on growth, change, and seeing others rise. Life taught me that joy and love are always available but we have to choose them.
Helping Women Reclaim Themselves
There are so many things we should have been taught growing up: emotional hygiene, boundaries, healthy masculine and feminine energy, self-love, and how to live from cause rather than reaction. But we weren’t.
As a result, many of us have become disconnected from our inner knowing. We seek validation outside ourselves, chase approval, silence our intuition, and lose ourselves trying to keep everyone else happy. It’s exhausting!
My work creates the circuit break, the moment you stop repeating old patterns and choose differently. I help people heal, break sabotaging cycles, and reconnect to their innate power, clarity, and magnetism. It’s liberating, fascinating, and fun work.
This transformation is real and tangible, it happens in a short time, and it lasts. Once you know your worth, everything in your life begins to rise to meet it.
What’s exciting and rising now is feminine leadership, intuitive, embodied, collaborative, cyclical. When you feel that surge of strength and say, “It’s our time,” your system is aligning with that movement not against men, but for balance.
It’s about women and conscious men co-creating a new paradigm where heart and head work together. Power becomes connection and compassion, and this excites me endlessly.
I’ve lived here in the Highlands for over 20 years. I adore trees, animals, beauty, and people. The Highlands has the grounding energy of the country and the proximity to the pulse of the city gives me the variety I love. It feels like balance to me.
My children grew up on a farm in the valley of Joadja, horse riding, swimming in the river, attending the beautiful little Berrima school, surrounded by the most down-to-earth and supportive community of mothers.
I love it here. We are incredibly fortunate to live in such a nurturing and inspiring place.
