She gets to the heart of a clients’ business and aspirations, then helps them create practical actionable plans that deliver growth results.

Outside of KJ Growth, Katherine plays the cello, is a youth mentor for the Raise Foundation, enjoys strength training and hiking and dotes on her cavoodle Milly.
