The Highland Woman collaborates with a carefully selected group of Brand Partners, sponsors, speakers, venues, affiliates and businesses whose products, services and values align with the purpose and interests of the Club.

Depending on the selected package, these may include directory listings, editorial features, content creation, digital marketing, sponsored content, event participation, member offers, advertising opportunities, social media promotion, email marketing and other agreed promotional services.

Where applicable, content featuring a Brand Partner forms part of a commercial relationship with The Highland Woman. Such collaborations are intended to introduce members to products, services and businesses that may be of interest to the community.

While The Highland Woman carefully considers the suitability of its Brand Partners, their inclusion within the Club or participation in promotional activities does not constitute a guarantee, certification or professional recommendation of any business, product or service.

Members remain responsible for undertaking their own enquiries before engaging with any third-party business, product or service introduced through The Highland Woman.

The Highland Woman accepts no responsibility or liability for any transaction, agreement, dispute, loss or outcome arising between members and Brand Partners, sponsors or other third parties.

The Highland Woman reserves the right to remove promotional material or restrict commercial activity that is inconsistent with the purpose of the Club.

9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Photography, video and other media may be captured during events, gatherings and community activities for editorial, promotional, educational or marketing purposes.

By attending an event, participants consent to the use of their image unless they advise The Highland Woman in writing before the event.

Where practical, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
